CPE Casting Film Machine | High-Output Production Line

This CPE casting film production line is designed to manufacture three-layer and five-layer co-extruded CPE and CEVA high-barrier films through a flat-die casting process. Built for high output and stable, continuous operation, it is an ideal solution for manufacturers producing functional cast films at industrial scale.

The line features a specially designed screw with enhanced mixing and plasticizing capacity, ensuring excellent melt quality, uniform mixing, and high output. It adopts automatic film-thickness detection, a special double-spiral cold-water forming roller for superior cooling and shaping under high-speed casting, and both positive- and negative-pressure devices for stable, consistent film extrusion. A fully automatic PLC intelligent control system with integrated human-machine interface and remote electronic monitoring ensures precise, reliable operation, while high-speed suction-type online edge-trim crushing and recycling minimizes material waste.
