This production line is mainly used to produce three-layer and five-layer co-extruded CPE and CEVA high-barrier films.

The screw is designed with special mixing function and high plasticizing capacity, and the screw is  lengthened to ensure good plasticizing, good mixing effect and high output. It adopts automatic detection of film thickness, and customizes domestic or imported film heads according to product quality requirements. 

Special configuration Double-spiral cold water forming roller, special spiral flow channel design, good cooling and shaping under high-speed forced, equipped with positive pressure device and negative pressure device, stable film extrusion; PLC intelligent human-machine interface integration, electronic remote monitoring service, full Automatic intelligent control system. Trimming adopts high-speed suction type on-line edge material crushing and recycling.
